Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://alphadoorsnewjersey.com (the “Site”) and the Services provided by Alpha Doors & Security, Inc. (“Alpha Doors & Security,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, requesting a quote, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.

Service area, licensing, and audience. Alpha Doors & Security is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, with its principal place of business in Hoboken, New Jersey. We currently perform our door, security, locksmith, and related services in New Jersey and New York, and we are expanding into additional states; we perform licensed work only in states where we hold the licenses required for that work. Separately from where we perform services, our website, communications, and marketing (including calls, text messages, and emails) are available to individuals throughout the United States who choose to contact us or opt in.

Geographic scope and audience. Accessing the Site or opting in to our communications does not create any service relationship and does not obligate us to provide Services in any location where we are not licensed or do not operate. If we are unable to provide Services in your area, we will let you know. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with any local laws that apply to you.

1. Services

Alpha Doors & Security provides commercial and residential door systems, automatic doors, access control, CCTV, intercom, locksmith, security, and related installation, repair, and maintenance services. We currently perform these Services in New Jersey and New York and are expanding into additional states, and we perform licensed work only where we hold the licenses required for that work, in accordance with applicable state and local licensing and contractor requirements. Specific scope, pricing, and terms for any project are set out in a separate written quote, proposal, or service agreement, which controls over these Terms in the event of a conflict regarding that project.

2. Quotes, Estimates, and Scheduling

Quotes and estimates are based on information you provide and on conditions observed at the time of assessment. Final pricing may change if scope, site conditions, or material costs change. Scheduling and arrival windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Site Communications and Submissions

When you submit information through the Site (for example, a quote or contact form), you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, including any telephone number you submit. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for activity that occurs through your submissions.

4. Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) and Calls

By providing your telephone number and giving the applicable consent, you agree that we may contact you by telephone call and by text message (SMS/MMS) through our telephony and messaging provider, consistent with the consent you provided. The following terms apply to all messaging and calls:

Consent for informational/transactional messages and consent for marketing/promotional messages are collected separately, and providing one does not grant the other;

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan;

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of further texts; reply HELP for help;

Consent to receive marketing messages or calls is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services;

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we are not liable for messages that are delayed or undelivered, as delivery depends on your wireless carrier and is outside our control; and

Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for their independent marketing.

Email marketing. If you opt in to receive promotional emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email. We handle marketing email consistent with the federal CAN-SPAM Act, including providing a valid physical postal address and honoring opt-out requests promptly. Opting out of marketing email does not affect transactional emails relating to Services you have requested.

5. Payment Terms

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, invoices are due upon receipt or as stated on the invoice. Late or unpaid amounts may accrue interest and collection costs as permitted by law and by the applicable service agreement. We may suspend or withhold Services for non-payment.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Workmanship and product warranties, if any, are described in the applicable written quote, proposal, or service agreement, or in the manufacturer’s warranty for installed products. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A WRITTEN AGREEMENT, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” AND WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Security, alarm, access control, and CCTV products reduce certain risks but cannot prevent all incidents, losses, or unauthorized access, and we do not guarantee that any system will prevent loss or injury.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Alpha Doors & Security, Inc. AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Doors & Security, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Services, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Alpha Doors & Security, Inc. name and marks, are owned by Alpha Doors & Security, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; (d) use any robot, scraper, or automated means to access or copy content except as permitted for ordinary search-engine indexing; (e) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including a phone number you are not authorized to provide; or (f) upload or transmit any malicious code. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to us or others.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in New Jersey will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, except where a separate signed service agreement specifies a different dispute-resolution process for that project. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available to you under the consumer-protection, telemarketing, or privacy laws of the state in which you reside. For licensed work physically performed in a given state, the law of that state will govern that work and any related consumer-protection rights.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
